Volo’s mission is to help merchants and brands grow sales and take the administrative and managerial headache out of selling through multiple marketplaces and channels such as Amazon and eBay. They have built an easy to use ecommerce service that simplifies and automates core tasks such as listing, stock management, payment and dispatch.

By removing the obstacles and cost of selling on multiple platforms and in more countries, Volo frees its clients to grow. Typically clients double marketplace sales within three years. Customers include major retailers such as WH Smith, Halfords and DFS.

Over $160 billion of goods and services are sold on marketplaces and this is growing at a rate of over 16% per annum. Marketplace retail is dominated by Amazon and eBay but there are many specialist marketplaces emerging in different sectors and countries such as Allegra in Eastern Europe and Newegg for electrical items. The added complexity of the market is driving demand for channel management platforms such as Volo.

Volo has over 300 clients trading over £500m annually through the platform and is growing rapidly by adding new customers, new marketplaces and ensuring existing customers sell more.
