Brewhouse & Kitchen is acquiring and developing freehold and long term free of tie leasehold pub assets to roll out the its concept of installing micro-breweries producing a range of cask ales together with a complementary fresh food offering.

The Brewhouse & Kitchen concept is already operating in eight Freehold or Virtual Freehold locations including central London, Bristol and the South Coast. A further three pubs in Southbourne, Southampton and Sutton Coldfield are currently being converted.

Each pub that has been converted to the Brewhouse & Kitchen operating format is trading ahead of original appraisal expectations.
